A BRIEF HISTORY...

The St. Francis of Paola Society is a non-profit Italian mens Catholic organization.  It was
founded in 1927 by Italian immigrants from Oriolo, Italy.  In the early years we had a
membership of about 40, and today we have over 200 members.  We have an annual
festival in honor of the official saint of Calabria, St. Francis of Paola.  We sell
small religious items at our festival and we thought it might be a good idea to sell these
items to people that could not attend our festival.  Since we are a non-profit organization
we give much of our profit to needy local organizations as charity, just as St. Francis of
Paola did over 500 years ago.  The rest of the funds will go towards the up keep of our
Chapel and maintenance of our grounds.   You can learn more about our organization

UPDATE: 09/2006 - We are currently trying to obtain a statue of St. Francis of Paola
                           to carry at our annual festival procession through the sale of our
                           store items and any donations that we receive for our chapel fund.

          listed on our web site (we may have more items not listed),
          But you must call (315-894-4741) ahead of time so we can ensure
          someone is there to help you out.
